Shipping policy

Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days of order placement unless otherwise stated. This excludes orders including pre-order items. Pre-Order items (including Navajo Pearls) will ship within the timeframe given in the item description. If ready to ship items are ordered with pre-order items, the entire order will ship once the pre-order item is ready to ship unless other shipping arrangements have been made between buyer and seller.

Insurance will be placed on packages of orders of $500 USD or more. Insurance can be purchased for lesser orders by request and at cost of customer. 

The seller (we, the shop) are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once the package is in possession of the shipping service, it is no longer the responsibility of the seller. Claims for lost or stolen packages are the responsibility of the buyer, unless insurance was arranged by the seller. No refund or exchange can be made by the seller for lost or stolen packages.
